What To Expect

We invite you to join us for a weekend away, experiencing connection with God, others, yourself, and Creation. We will share 5 meals together, starting with dinner Friday night, and concluding with breakfast on Sunday. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and try our best to offer quality substitutes. We offer two lodging options: Mountain View Cabins or Cedar Lodge rooms.

We will have four worship sessions together, learning from our speaker and one another in reflection times. You will have your choice of activities during Saturday free time, whether it’s crafting, ziplining, hiking, or simply enjoying a conversation with a friend.

This weekend will provide opportunity for quality time with other women, as well as solo reflection time. Our hope is that you can choose what is most replenishing to you!

Calvin Crest has been a special part of my life since I was a Sherwood Forest camper. I gave my life to Jesus as a junior high camper and returned year after year because of the life changing moments that camp provided. My time as a counselor and an AIMer, as well as 6 years on summer staff, provided opportunities to grow as a leader, deepen my faith, and understand what it means to be engaged in ministry. I met my husband while on summer staff, and we have served the Lord together ever since. I have always loved what camp offers – a place for people to experience God, His love, and His community. I’m honored to serve on the board and to continue to participate in the ongoing ministry of Calvin Crest.

Registration Details

Registration

Registration will be due by March 29, 2024 for Session I and by April 12th, 2024 for Session II. Registration can be completed online in a few simple steps! If you have questions or would like to register over the phone, please call us at 559.772.4040.

Packing List

We will send a packing list to all guests upon registration.

Pricing

Rates are per person and include two nights lodging, five meals, speaker and worship sessions, and all recreational activities. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required with registration per camper. All non-refundable deposits are applied toward the total tuition due. Final payment are due by March 29, 2024 for Session I and by April 12th, 2024 for Session II. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within two weeks of event start date. Campership applications are available upon request.
