Overnight Program: Tuesday - Friday

• Overnight Program Participant Rate: $210 (Meals, lodging, program).
• Adult Rate: $90 (Meals and lodging)
• Non-Participant Sibling Rate: $90 (Meals and lodging.) Children Under 3: Free

Students in grades 3-8 are invited to register for our overnight program May 5-8, 2020! The $210/student rate for the overnight program includes meals, lodging, classes, free time, and evening program. Students must stay in a cabin with an adult at a ratio of no more than 8:1. Cabin groups may be family groups or groups of students whose parents have made arrangements to have students share a cabin with one adult. Upon registration, students will be required to indicate the adult staying in his/her cabin. Students may not register as individuals.

Day Program: Wednesday - Thursday

• Day Program Participant Rate: $80 (Lunch, classes, and free time.)
• Adults and Non-Participant Sibling Rate: $30 (Lunch both days.)

Students in grades 3-8 are invited to register for our day-only program on Wednesday, May 6 and Thursday, May 7! Students will check in between 8:00 - 8:30am and check out between 4:30 - 5:00pm. The $80/student rate for day program students includes classes, free time, and lunch on both days. Adults wishing to attend the day program may do so at a rate of $30/adult, which includes lunch on both days. Siblings who are not participating may register at the same rate. Please see the note regarding siblings who are not participants.

Non-Participant Siblings

Parents and siblings are welcome to attend Calvin Crest as non-participant guests. Please understand that we cannot accommodate students younger than 3rd grade on our classes, and parents are responsible for supervision of non-participating children at all times. Indoor and outdoor space will be available for parents and children to spend their time hiking, working on schoolwork, or playing.
