Arrival Day

We are excited that you have registered for summer camp and are looking forward to your arrival
Planning and prayers have already begun to ensure that your time at camp is fun, exciting and a unique
opportunity to build your relationship with Jesus Christ.  In an effort to serve you better we would like to
review with you the following information:

     YOUR ARRIVAL DAY

     • Registration Check-In time is on Sunday, the first day of your camp, between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m.
       Please check-in at the Dining Hall in the main camp area.
 
     • All medications brought to camp (both over-the-counter and prescription drugs) MUST come in
       their original container with pharmacist's label (for perscription meds) containing doctor's orders.
       You will turn these in to the camp nurse and/or first aider at Check-In.

     • If you are attending Miwok, Sherwood, Outpost, or Junior High Camp please be ready to bank
       your money with our Camp Store.  You will use this money for purchases made at the store
       during the week.  Please download the "What to bring/Camper Information Letter" HERE for store 
       details and prices of items available for purchases.

     • Parents or others wishing to leave packages and letters for campers may bring them directly to
       the camp office during Check-In on Sunday afternoon.  We will deliver them through our inter-camp
       mail system on whatever day you indicate.

     FRIENDLY REMINDERS

     • We want to remind you that the $50 per person deposit for camp is non-refundable.

     • 50% of the camp fees are due April 15th or upon registration if after April 15th.

     • 100% of remaining fees are due 30 days before camp.

     • Our camp cancellation policy is as follows:

                    ►     If you cancel after 1/2 of the camp fee is due, but more than 14 day before camp, you will
                             forfeit the 1/2 payment unless you cancellation is due to an emergency or Calvin Crest
                             can replace the reservation.

                    ►     If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before camp starts, you will forfeit the entire
                             payment unless the cancellation is due to an emergency.

This summer will be an exciting one, as we worship and praise our Lord together, and you will be a part of
