| Tours We would be glad to schedule a tour of the Calvin Crest facilities if representatives of your group are interested. Please make arrangements for the tour at least one week in advance so a member of our staff is available to answer questions or address any concerns you may have. Availability Calvin Crest is available to guest groups September through May. Please call the camp registrar at (559) 683-4450 for available dates. Programs offered by guest groups must not be in conflict with the objectives or doctrinal statement of Calvin Crest. While we reserve the right to qualify prospective users of our facilities, Calvin Crest does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Day Use Our outdoor meeting areas, food service and recreational facilities are available for day use. Overnight bookings have priority for the indoor meeting areas so availability of those areas for day-only use is not guaranteed. We are however, often able to accommodate smaller groups of 30 or less, and on occasion (usually with short notice) are able to accommodate larger groups. Talk to the registrar for day use fees. Making Reservations Please call for available dates. If you have reserved a date you will receive a contract. You will need to sign and return the "Facilities Use Contract" and send a deposit of $250.00 by the due date on the contract. Twenty-percent of your total contract (number of people times tuition), is payable by the due date on the contract. Please note that we will need your final attendance count ten days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel a date we are holding for you, please call (559) 683-4450. Renewals Guest groups have the exclusive right to renew its booking for the corresponding dates the following year within thirty days after the close of their event. If not renewed within that period, the dates become available to other groups. If we must terminate renewal on a date for any reason, we will give the customer as much notice as possible. Renewals may be suspended in the event that they conflict with our own programmed annual events. We will, however, make every effort to give maximum possible notice and to find alternate dates that are satisfactory to the guest group affected. |
